WHO WE HELP
Therapy can support you at any stage of life. We offer a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Young people, while often initially confident and excited about starting new chapters in their lives, can have problems with loneliness and anxiety. For the first time without a roadmap, launching into the real world can be daunting as they face work challenges and financial independence.
Older Adults
Adults often face issues with the idea of retirement and finding purpose as they age. Exploring meaning, determining goals, and processing the past helps most adults better understand what they are looking for in friends, interests, and the next phase of life.
Young adults are trying to evolve from childhood dependence to independent adulthood. Many times,
older teens have problems during college, including social media, peer pressure, friendship conflicts, and parental expectations regarding academics, sports, and their future. Divorce, a death in the family, and drug use can also present as issues. Therapy can help older students increase their confidence.
HOW WE WORK
We don’t just focus on symptoms; we look at the full picture of your life, including emotional, relational, and lifestyle factors, to create meaningful and lasting change.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or going through a major life change. These experiences can leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or emotionally drained. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand what you’re going through and find a path forward that feels right for you.
Jamie helped me realize how patterns in my family and major depression was affecting my ability to cope with daily life. I was really in dark place. She is easy to talk to and I could tell her anything. I never felt judged and even in between sessions, she got back to me right away if something came up that I needed her help with. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a therapist.
